All charges are in a currency indicated upon purchase, depending on your location. Lunavelle ships to addresses worldwide and generally ships orders within two days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees associated with your order. Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. We are not responsible for late or missing shipments if you enter incorrect shipping address information.
Because many instances may occur at your delivery address that are beyond our control, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is sufficient proof of delivery, even without a signature.
Lunavelle wants you to be satisfied with your experience. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, or if it arrives damaged, please contact Customer Support first to register the return — otherwise the return cannot be accepted.
After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 14 business days to process your refund. Once a refund is processed, it may take up to 10 days for the return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
All returns must follow the official returns procedure, which requires the customer to first contact customer support via the Return Request form for review and approval.

You and Lunavelle both retain the right to pursue, in small claims court, any claim that is within that court's jurisdiction and proceeds on an individual (non-class) basis. Actions by Lunavelle relating to the infringement or validity of its proprietary rights are also excluded from arbitration.
Before initiating any Claim, you and we agree to first contact the other with a written description of the dispute, which shall include all relevant documents and information, and the proposed resolution. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lunavelle, its parent, subsidiaries, predecessors, successors and affiliates, and their respective partners, officers, directors, agents, representatives, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, from and against any and all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, demands and costs of any kind, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

We are not liable for any third-party materials or websites, or for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms.
In the event that we terminate this Agreement, Sections 2–5, 13–17, 19–26, as well as any representations, warranties, and other obligations made or taken by you, shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
These Terms, the Agreement, and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Website or in respect to the Website constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Lunavelle, and supersedes and replaces any prior or contemporaneous agreements.
